Software Engineer II (AI Platform)

What you will do

• Maintain software components and third-party dependencies, including upgrades, patches, and security fixes.
• Support integrations between systems and services and respond to engineering team requests.
• Investigate issues, validate updates, and monitor system health.
• Maintain and improve build, test, and deployment pipelines.
• Run containerized services on cloud infrastructure and improve their reliability.
• Package, version, document, and evolve internal tooling for reuse across engineering teams.

Requirements

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar discipline.
• Proficiency in Python and TypeScript.
• Working knowledge of Docker, containerization, and cloud deployment.
• Experience maintaining CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with maintaining open-source software and diagnosing issues in existing codebases.
• A responsive, service-oriented approach focused on system reliability and engineering support.

Nice to have

• Experience with C++ and Azure deployments.
• Contributions to open-source projects.
• Experience publishing internal packages.
• Interest in developer tooling and platform reliability.
