Internship - Fund Operations Oversight

ING Solutions Investment Management is a Luxembourg-based management company within ING Group, licensed to manage UCITS and alternative investment funds.

What you will do

• Support oversight and control of delegated fund administration and depositary functions.
• Review fund KPIs, KRIs, monthly reports, and exception reports from delegates.
• Review reconciliations between fund records and custodian records and monitor stale and manual prices.
• Participate in monthly delegate meetings and draft meeting minutes.
• Review draft annual accounts, fund reporting, and financial statements.
• Assist with board meetings, fund corporate life-cycle coordination, and other operational and administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Currently studying Economics or Finance.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Fluent French and English are required.
• Flexible, eager to learn, and able to work as part of a team.
• A valid internship agreement from an educational institution is required.
