MS Dynamics CRM Analyst (Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/Power Platform)

What you will do

• Manage and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, including user access, security roles, permissions, and platform performance.
• Provide Dynamics 365 CE support and troubleshoot issues for business users.
• Gather business requirements and identify improvements to systems, workflows, and processes.
• Develop automated workflows for lead management, sales pipelines, customer service, and other business processes.
• Support Dynamics 365 CE projects from requirements gathering and solution development through implementation, testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Build Power Apps solutions and manage Power Platform deployments across development, testing, and production environments.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience configuring and customising Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE across Sales, Customer Service, and Customer Insights Journeys.
• Development experience with JavaScript, C#, and REST API/WebAPI.
• Experience with CI/CD using GitHub or Git and with Dynamics CE data imports, exports, integrity, and migration.
• Experience integrating Dynamics CE with third-party systems and supporting or training end users.
• Strong skills building low-code/no-code applications with Power Apps and automated workflows with Power Automate.
• Experience with business rules analysis, user stories, acceptance criteria, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
