Analyst Lead, Managed Service (Fintech): Leading delivery, development, and production support for a payment-as-a-service managed services platform supporting payment products on a multi-tenant platform with an accent on payment schemes, product maintenance, and technical solution design. Focus on end-to-end delivery, coordinating local and offshore teams, maintaining service levels, and solving complex payment technology challenges across C++, Unix/Linux, Oracle, SQL, Perl, Shell, and Java.
Location: AUS MLBN Virtual; Australian working rights required

What you will do
- Lead delivery and development for a payment-as-a-service managed services platform supporting payment products in a multi-tenant environment.
- Deliver platform enhancements, annual product updates, and payment scheme compliance initiatives.
- Lead local and offshore teams while providing rostered production support and meeting customer service levels.
- Manage end-to-end delivery, including requirements refinement, estimation, solution design, development, testing support, and implementation.
- Coordinate with customers, business analysts, product teams, stakeholders, and external development teams to deliver quality solutions on schedule.
Requirements
- Australian working rights and 10+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge and experience in the payments domain and card schemes.
- Experience with product-based delivery and maintenance, people leadership, project delivery, and technical solution design.
- Strong C++ experience with Unix/Linux, Oracle, SQL, Perl scripting, Shell scripting, and Java for UI development.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, ownership, accountability, and multitasking skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with DataNavigator, IST MAS, and Clearing product suites.
- Mainframe experience or willingness to learn and provide support.
- Experience working with payment switches.
