Summer 2027 Internal Sales Intern (June-August)

Location: Boston, United States; hybrid schedule with 2 remote days and 3 on-site days

Hourly pay: $21.00-$25.00

What you will do

• Maintain CRM activity for the Inside Sales team, including adding advisors, updating records, and scheduling activities.
• Order and distribute product literature, seminar materials, postcards, and other advisor resources.
• Coordinate territory-specific mailings, labeling, envelope preparation, and document fulfillment.
• Research stock market information, including group tickers, and update fund materials.
• Perform FINRA broker checks and prepare materials for wholesaler meetings.
• Schedule meetings, arrange conference rooms and video conferencing, and run daily and monthly sales call reports.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Open to rising seniors graduating in 2028.
