Product Line Leader (Semiconductor)

Location: Onsite in Zhubei City, Hsinchu County, Taiwan

Salary: NT$1,357,919.48–NT$1,837,185.18 TWD

What you will do

• Own the product line strategy, roadmap, revenue, profitability, and growth.
• Develop annual and long-term business plans covering forecasting, pricing, and portfolio priorities.
• Identify market opportunities through customer insights, segmentation, competitive analysis, and industry trends.
• Define product requirements, positioning, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from development and launch through portfolio optimization and end-of-life.
• Lead alignment across Engineering, Sales, Operations, Service, and Quality while driving performance improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Significant experience in product management, product line management, or commercial leadership, preferably in the semiconductor or technology industry.
• Strong understanding of business strategy, P&L, pricing, financial analysis, and product lifecycle management.
• Experience developing product strategies and commercializing new products.
• Strong customer orientation with communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in a global organization.
