What you will do
- Own advanced packaging projects across Asia, with emphasis on Taiwan, and serve as the primary interface for regional customers.
- Lead new product development programs tied to TSMC from concept through qualification and production ramp.
- Coordinate execution across engineering, operations, quality, and sales while translating customer requirements into product specifications and business cases.
- Manage customer relationships, pricing strategies, commercial negotiations, account growth, and roadmap insights.
- Translate customer forecasts into supply plans and coordinate operations for delivery commitments, production ramps, and demand variability.
- Own the HWS product line, including forecasting, pricing, lifecycle management, quality issue resolution, and transition of activities as production shifts to Kulim.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of product management experience in the semiconductor industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials, Plastics, or a related discipline.
- Strong experience with plastics or polymer-based products and advanced packaging applications.
- Experience managing the full product lifecycle, including NPI/NPD, with strong pricing and forecasting skills.
- Ability to independently lead complex cross-functional initiatives and manage stakeholders.
- Fluent or business-level English required; preference for candidates currently residing in Taiwan.
Nice to have
- Experience working with or strong connections to TSMC.
- Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes.
- MBA or another advanced degree.
