Senior Product Manager (Oncology, Taiwan)

What you will do

• Lead long-range planning and annual operating plan development for an assigned solid tumor portfolio.
• Define brand strategy, patient journeys, and value propositions aligned with market dynamics and organizational goals.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across Medical, Market Access, Sales, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Finance.
• Develop KOL engagement strategies and collaborate with Medical Affairs on scientific communication and evidence generation.
• Lead marketing campaigns, events, and multichannel engagement initiatives while adapting to market changes.
• Manage the marketing budget, monitor performance, and optimize resource allocation with an ROI focus.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience; solid tumor experience is preferred.
• Experience with strategic planning, including LRP and AOP, and brand management.
• Strong cross-functional leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Ability to structure problems, develop solutions independently, and demonstrate ownership, resilience, and adaptability.

Nice to have

• MBA.
• Solid tumor experience.
