Senior Specialist, Product Management (Photolithography)

Location: hirify.global Kaohsiung Plant, Kaohsiung City, Taiwan

hirify.global develops and manufactures products supporting semiconductor manufacturing, including photolithography liquid filtration products.

What you will do

• Represent the photo strategic business unit as product manager for products manufactured at the Kaohsiung plant.
• Support forecasting, product issue resolution, and communication with customer-facing teams.
• Lead cross-functional activities for plant ramp-up, product transfer, continuous improvement, and capital projects.
• Manage product lines, including P&L performance, revenue growth, margin improvement, and pricing strategy.
• Define new product business cases and scopes with product marketing, applications, and technical functions.
• Manage product lifecycles, change activities, development priorities, supply readiness, quality, and customer success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, engineering, materials science, or a related field.
• Experience in the semiconductor industry, liquid filtration, and/or product management.
• English writing and speaking skills required.
• Strategic thinking, business acumen, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to communicate product features, benefits, and risks.
• Financial analysis experience, including basic discounted cash flow modeling such as NPV, IRR, and payback calculations.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority and travel domestically and internationally.

Nice to have

• More than three years of lithography experience, especially with leading fabs.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing flow.
• Product management or technical marketing experience.
