TL;DR
Automation & AI Developer (AI/Automation): Designing and building scalable AI-powered systems and end-to-end automations for business operations with an accent on workflow analysis, LLM integration, and reliable infrastructure. Focus on integrating tools such as Zapier, Make, ChatGPT, and Claude, maintaining WordPress environments, and creating documentation that enables non-technical users to operate systems independently.
Location: Remote from Buenos Aires, Argentina; must overlap with US Pacific Time.

What you will do
- Analyze business operations, identify automation opportunities, and define measurable automation hypotheses.
- Design scalable AI and automation architectures and present recommendations to stakeholders.
- Build, test, deploy, and optimize end-to-end automations with Zapier, Make, and AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude.
- Create reusable templates and integrate systems across tools and platforms.
- Manage WordPress environments, hosting, domains, virtual servers, and basic system administration.
- Write step-by-step documentation and train non-technical users to operate and maintain systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Background in software development or system architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Zapier and/or Make, AI tools, LLM capabilities, GitHub, and cloud infrastructure or virtual servers.
- WordPress development or administration experience.
- Strong written English and availability for US Pacific Time overlap.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, systems thinking, and independent working skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with Python or a similar scripting language.
- Familiarity with GoHighLevel, Mindbody, or Acuity.
- Client-facing, consulting, or systems-assessment experience.
