Head of Workplace (AI)

Location: Global Workplace function supporting approximately 10 offices worldwide; the role includes recurring in-person office, facilities, safety, and site project responsibilities.

Salary: $171,200–$214,000 USD per year, plus potential equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead strategy and operations for a global real estate portfolio spanning approximately 10 offices.
• Manage site selection, acquisitions, leases, renewals, property dispositions, office openings, expansions, relocations, and build-outs.
• Own relationships with CBRE and other outsourced facilities providers, including SLAs, KPIs, sourcing, contracts, and performance reviews.
• Own Workplace and Real Estate budgets covering leases, facilities, food and beverage, and capital projects.
• Oversee workplace experience, catering, amenities, events, flexible workspace design, safety, emergency preparedness, and compliance.
• Build and lead a global Workplace team while partnering with People, Security, IT, Finance, Legal, and international business leaders.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading a global, multi-site Real Estate and Workplace function.
• Deep experience managing integrated facilities management partners and outsourced service models.
• Experience owning large, multi-million-dollar operating and capital budgets.
• Experience negotiating leases and delivering international office openings, build-outs, and relocations.
• Strong analytical, strategic, project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience building and leading teams consisting of employees and vendor partners in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
