What you will do
- Partner with Data Domain Owners and Data Product Owners to embed ownership, governance, and data-as-a-product practices.
- Translate privacy, security, and enterprise data standards into practical guidance for delivery teams.
- Improve data quality, reliability, observability, and visibility of data health across domains and products.
- Coach teams on data product definition, documentation, lifecycle management, and operational accountability.
- Capture domain feedback, validate platform capabilities, and identify opportunities for connected and reusable data products.
- Measure adoption, maturity progression, data health improvements, and business outcomes from data partnerships.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience as a data engineer working with modern data platforms, pipelines, models, and data quality practices.
- Understanding of data-as-a-product concepts, including ownership, lifecycle management, data health, metadata, and governance.
- Experience working with product managers and delivery teams to create production-ready data products.
- Proven ability to coach and uplift the capabilities of teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to influence without authority.
- Enterprise mindset with comfort working in federated environments and translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
