LLM/.NET Software Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Design and build secure, scalable .NET applications powered by LLMs and Azure AI services.
• Develop AI-enabled solutions with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation.
• Own features from discovery and proof of value through implementation and production readiness.
• Build reusable, reliable, and cost-efficient cloud-native services on Microsoft Azure.
• Collaborate with Product, Platform, Data, Security, Risk, Compliance, and business stakeholders in regulated environments.
• Improve development standards, code quality, explainability, auditability, and responsible AI practices.

Requirements

• Strong experience with C# and .NET, including .NET Core or .NET 6+.
• Experience building secure, scalable enterprise backend applications and REST APIs.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, including App Services, Azure Functions, and cloud-native architectures.
• Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Studio or Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, and RAG solutions.
• Knowledge of retrieval concepts including document chunking, indexing, embeddings, vectorization, hybrid retrieval, semantic ranking, and citation-backed responses.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases, secure software development, cloud security, and strong communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Experience in Financial Services, Banking, FinTech, or Financial Crime domains.
• Familiarity with KYC/KYB, name screening, transaction monitoring, fraud detection, cross-border payments, or case investigation.
• Experience evaluating LLM providers and using LangChain, Semantic Kernel, vector databases, or modern AI application architectures.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, or automated testing.
• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
