Senior Analyst, Threat & Exposure (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Manage vulnerability scanning, assessment, remediation tracking, and threat exposure processes.
• Prioritize security risks using business impact and threat intelligence to guide remediation.
• Integrate security tools, automate data collection and reporting, and use scripting languages and APIs.
• Develop governance frameworks, metrics, dashboards, documentation, and standardized operational procedures.
• Collaborate with IT, business units, security engineering teams, and stakeholders to resolve exposures and communicate risk posture.
• Support incident response by providing context on vulnerabilities and exposures.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work in the United States without current or future hirify.global immigration sponsorship.
• 7+ years of progressive information security experience, including threat and vulnerability management, risk assessment, and secure configuration management.
• Strong understanding of NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS Controls frameworks.
• Experience with vulnerability management platforms such as Qualys, Tenable, or Rapid7.
• Experience integrating security tools and automating disparate systems and data types.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information security, or a related field, or equivalent experience; strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or similar certification.
• Cloud security, enterprise risk management, threat modeling, and attack surface management experience.
• Experience with enterprise security policies, regulated environments, cybersecurity compliance, and incident response coordination.
• Advanced degree in cybersecurity, information technology, or a related field.
