Construction Contracts Manager – Data Centers, ANS (copy)

Location: On-site in Santiago de Querétaro, Querétaro, Mexico, including client and partner sites

Global capital projects business delivering data centers, power grids, rail networks, factories, and public infrastructure from strategy through construction and handover.

What you will do

• Support project and program delivery through pre-design, procurement, construction, and post-construction phases.
• Oversee procurement and contracts operations, including technical purchasing and comprehensive contract administration.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle from initiation through completion and closeout.
• Ensure construction complies with contract documents, safety regulations, environmental requirements, and agreed commercial, legal, and technical conditions.
• Monitor contractor and subcontractor performance, manage approval processes, and coordinate with cost controllers, schedulers, and project management consultants.
• Identify contract execution risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures while supporting project directors and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
• 6–10 years of experience as a Contract Manager in mission-critical construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of contract lifecycle management, project controls and scheduling, risk management, compliance, and cost control.
• More than 5 years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in accessible language and work onsite with clients and partners in Santiago de Querétaro.

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
