Product Designer - Responsible Gaming, Accounts, Payments (Responsible Gaming)

Location: Hybrid position based at the hirify.global headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia, United States. A relocation package is available for candidates moving to Atlanta. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end design lifecycle for responsible gambling and compliance experiences, from requirements gathering through launch.
• Design and prototype polished interfaces for limits, alerts, and proactive responsible gambling experiences.
• Use AI, rapid prototyping, and iterative design to develop new promotion mechanics and product features.
• Maintain design quality through design reviews and ongoing design system maintenance.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Responsible Gambling teams on aligned design delivery.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product design experience with a portfolio demonstrating visual craft, interaction design, and strategic thinking.
• Strong command of typography, layout, color theory, motion, micro-interactions, accessibility, and high-fidelity design.
• Ability to translate business goals and user needs into phased design solutions for complex systems.
• Understanding of frontend technologies and ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience leading B2C projects with a mobile-first design approach.
• Experience designing accounts, payments, or gaming products.
• Experience in a highly regulated industry or with complex compliance requirements.
