Location: Mapleton, Illinois; onsite five days a week, Monday–Friday, first shift. Domestic relocation assistance is available.
Salary: $97,530–$146,290 per year

What you will do
- Monitor and improve maintenance operations for the production unit while overseeing maintenance staff and equipment.
- Create work plans for employees and contractors and review maintenance work completed by technicians.
- Oversee purchasing recommendations for equipment and tools and train employees on maintenance processes and techniques.
- Track inventories, inspect production units for wear and tear, and ensure timely replacement of components.
- Lead, coach, and mentor the maintenance team to improve individual and team effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the Quality team and support continuous improvement in manufacturing safety, quality, velocity, and cost.
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent experience; a bachelor's degree in engineering or project management is preferred.
- Experience with routine facility maintenance involving HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Project management experience, including use of capital project management processes.
- Working knowledge of decision-making, communication, performance management, planning, organizing, problem solving, and project management.
- Intermediate experience with Power BI, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Excel data input and tracking.
- Visa sponsorship is not available; the position requires onsite work in Mapleton, Illinois.
