What you will do

• Produce 5 to 7 finished AI videos and ad creatives weekly, managing the process from ideation to final export.
• Select and implement the most effective AI models for specific shots based on tool strengths.
• Handle the full production pipeline: prompting, generation, upscaling, editing, and sound.
• Write detailed creative briefs for designers to ensure consistent quality and brand alignment across static and AI assets.
• Build prompt libraries, templates, and small automations to reduce repetitive manual work.
• Research and integrate emerging AI tools into the production workflow.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, creative strategy, or growth marketing.
• Proven portfolio or reel of AI video and ad work produced at volume.
• Fluency with current AI video tools and advanced prompting techniques.
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI tools like Claude, Antigravity, Codex, or Cursor to build automations.
• Proficiency in video editors (Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, or DaVinci) and design tools (Figma or Photoshop).

Nice to have

• Experience with APIs, batch pipelines, or no-code automation tools.
• Background in motion design, sound design, or traditional film production.
