Retention Product Manager (Streaming)

What you will do

• Analyze competitors, customer needs, market trends, analytics data, and user behavior.
• Identify opportunities to improve user engagement and retention.
• Build and maintain a roadmap for features affecting retention, LTV, and payment conversion.
• Develop and test retention and engagement mechanics, including push notifications and lifecycle communications.
• Write clear and comprehensive PRDs to guide development.
• Run A/B tests and analyze their impact on product and retention metrics.

Requirements

• Ability to analyze user behavior and product analytics data.
• Experience developing and testing product features or engagement mechanics.
• Ability to define product requirements and guide feature development with PRDs.
• Ability to evaluate experiments using product and retention metrics.
