What you will do

• Develop and maintain financial and operational dashboards using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other internal systems.
• Automate management reporting for P&L, cash flow, balance sheet, AP/AR aging, budget versus actuals, and intercompany reporting.
• Design data integrations between Microsoft Dynamics 365, Excel, and Power BI.
• Develop and optimize data models, table relationships, reporting structures, and scheduled data refreshes.
• Analyze data quality, identify inconsistencies, and support data quality initiatives across ERP and related systems.
• Partner with finance, product analysts, and business stakeholders to define consistent metrics and deliver analytics from requirements through final reporting.

Requirements

• Experience building financial and operational dashboards in Power BI.
• Ability to work with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Excel, and internal data systems.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, table relationships, calculations, and reporting structures.
• Experience configuring Power BI access roles and security models, including RLS and OLS.
• Ability to automate manual reporting, document report logic and business rules, and ensure stable, timely data refreshes.
• Ability to independently manage analytical work from requirements gathering through delivery.
