What you will do

• Coordinate social media activities and digital communication initiatives across local markets.
• Maintain governance, operational processes, best practices, editorial planning, and digital asset management.
• Coordinate Operations content across websites, portals, and social media channels.
• Support SEO initiatives and coordinate KPI reporting for engagement, reach, audience growth, and campaign performance.
• Act as the interface between Operations, Commercial, Marketing, and other stakeholders.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and consistent digital communication approaches across international markets.

Requirements

• Fluent English and German with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Degree in Business, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience coordinating international or cross-functional operational activities.
• Experience with digital communication channels, social media, website content, or online engagement.
• Experience establishing operational processes, documentation, or governance.
• Strong coordination, stakeholder management, analytical problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
