Head of Content Management E-Commerce

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day content operations for the hirify.global e-commerce and brand websites, including editing, enhancement, and publishing.
• Define and track content KPIs, optimize customer engagement and conversion, and use analytics tools to improve performance.
• Define digital platform requirements with e-commerce teams and improve SEO, user experience, mobile-first content, and accessibility.
• Lead a smaller content stream, coordinate projects, provide guidance, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Build consumer lifecycle journeys, localized websites, and personalized user stories with translation agencies and international markets.
• Establish content processes and coordinate tools, systems, stakeholders, and translation workflows.

Requirements

• Degree in fashion, e-commerce, design, marketing, economics, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in website management, e-commerce, content management, and CMS platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Experience Manager, or WordPress.
• Leadership experience managing small teams or mentoring junior staff.
• Strong knowledge of digital content strategy, SEO, analytics tools, and content creation for diverse platforms and audiences.
• Ability to multitask, reprioritize quickly, work independently, and collaborate across international teams.
• Excellent English language skills required. Additional language skills such as German, Arabic, or Japanese are advantageous.
