What you will do
- Oversee daily content management for Ecom and Brand websites, including editing, enhancing, and publishing content according to style guidelines.
- Define and track KPIs to optimize content performance, customer engagement, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with E-Commerce teams to define digital platform requirements and implement SEO optimizations.
- Lead a dedicated stream within the content team, providing guidance and overseeing specific projects.
- Design and support cohesive consumer lifetime journeys across all digital content touchpoints.
- Manage localization processes with translation agencies to create culturally nuanced user stories and personalized content.
Requirements
- Degree in Fashion, e-Commerce, Design, Marketing, Economics, or a similar field.
- Profound experience in website management and e-Commerce, with expertise in CMS tools like Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), Adobe Experience Manager, or WordPress.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing small teams or mentoring junior staff.
- Strong knowledge of digital content strategies, SEO, and analytics tools.
- Excellent English language skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a hands-on, self-starter attitude.
