What you will do

• Oversee daily content management for Ecom and Brand websites, including editing, enhancing, and publishing content according to style guidelines.
• Define and track KPIs to optimize content performance, customer engagement, and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with E-Commerce teams to define digital platform requirements and implement SEO optimizations.
• Lead a dedicated stream within the content team, providing guidance and overseeing specific projects.
• Design and support cohesive consumer lifetime journeys across all digital content touchpoints.
• Manage localization processes with translation agencies to create culturally nuanced user stories and personalized content.

Requirements

• Degree in Fashion, e-Commerce, Design, Marketing, Economics, or a similar field.
• Profound experience in website management and e-Commerce, with expertise in CMS tools like Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), Adobe Experience Manager, or WordPress.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing small teams or mentoring junior staff.
• Strong knowledge of digital content strategies, SEO, and analytics tools.
• Excellent English language skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a hands-on, self-starter attitude.
