Salary: $109,283–$182,207 base salary per year

What you will do

• Serve as an expert on secured credit accounts, margin, banking, and lending solutions.
• Drive awareness and adoption of banking and lending capabilities among advisors and advisor-facing teams.
• Educate advisors on integrating banking and lending products into their practices.
• Develop best practices and sales enablement tools to identify client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Support newly recruited advisors with client loan transitions and attend advisor events and conferences.
• Collaborate with advisors, clients, product management, and internal teams to resolve complex banking and lending needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Series 7 license or ability to obtain it within 90 days.
• 10+ years of financial services experience with strong knowledge of banking, lending, securities-backed lending, and margin.
• Experience driving adoption of banking and lending products in an advisor-led wealth management organization.
• Strong relationship-building, influencing, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel to LPL sites and visit key partners as needed.
