Compliance Analyst (AI Cloud)

hirify.global is building a full-stack AI cloud spanning data centers, hardware, and a cloud platform for AI teams.

What you will do

• Monitor and report on compliance with ISO 27001, ISO 27017, ISO 27018, ISO 27701, C5, and SOC 2 Type II.
• Review and improve internal policies, procedures, controls, and compliance documentation.
• Support compliance with GDPR, NIS2, the AI Act, and other applicable regulations.
• Coordinate internal reviews, audits, vendor risk management, and risk assessments with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain compliance logs, registers, controls, and databases, and develop training materials.
• Track regulatory developments and contribute to continuous improvement of the compliance program.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in compliance, information security, or a related field.
• Degree in data privacy, compliance, or a related discipline; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills, including the ability to explain complex information to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with at least two compliance frameworks, including ISO 27001, ISO 27701, ISO 27017, ISO 27018, SOC 2, or C5.
• Hands-on experience with data privacy regulations such as GDPR.
• Project management, organizational skills, technical aptitude, and willingness to learn how security and compliance requirements intersect with cloud providers.
