Field Experience Associate, East of France - HOKA

Location: Hybrid, with candidates required to be based in Strasbourg, Nancy, Metz, Reims, Colmar or Mulhouse, France. The role requires frequent travel across the region, including occasional weekend travel.

What you will do

• Deliver HOKA demo runs, try-on events, and sponsored activations for wholesale partners, communities, and consumers.
• Lead product technology training for wholesale store staff and customer service teams both in person and virtually.
• Provide sales support in key wholesale stores and help consumers select suitable HOKA footwear.
• Support visual merchandising execution across retail stores and online channels.
• Visit wholesale partners and communities regularly while building strong stakeholder relationships.
• Handle reporting, parcel shipments, and transportation of goods when required.

Requirements

• Fluency in French and English.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to facilitate training.
• Good prioritization skills and adaptability to changing business needs.
• Passion for running, sports, and the outdoors industry.
• Full valid driver’s license.
• Must be based in Strasbourg, Nancy, Metz, Reims, Colmar, or Mulhouse and available to travel across the region.
