What you will do

• Lead the design and implementation of data science strategies for clinical trial data analysis.
• Manage day-to-day clinical data science activities and support delivery of quality outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and analytical needs.
• Oversee statistical models and analytical tools that improve data interpretation.
• Mentor team members in data analysis and visualization best practices.
• Present findings and insights to stakeholders through reports and presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, computer science, or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience in data analysis and project leadership within clinical research.
• Strong expertise in statistical software and data visualization techniques.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and foster collaboration across diverse teams.
• Willingness to travel approximately 15% as required.
