Quality Production Engineer (Automotive)

What you will do

• Lead or support structured problem-solving activities using 8D, QRQC, Ishikawa, and 5 Whys.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops to resolve chronic production problems and prevent recurring defects.
• Apply quality tools including Reverse FMEA, SPC, MSA, and Control Plans in production areas.
• Analyze audit findings, rejections, and customer complaints, then follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor quality KPIs such as FTT, PPM, and scrap rate while supporting Lean, Kaizen, and improvement projects.
• Train operators, technicians, and support functions on quality standards and problem-solving methods.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Quality, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in quality or production engineering within a manufacturing environment; automotive experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of quality standards and tools, including IATF 16949 and ISO 9001.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and writing skills.
• Fluent English is required, together with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
