Specialist Test Technology (Automotive)

What you will do

• Create and review local work instructions for test technology.
• Support the development of test equipment, test tools, test modules, and specific testing processes.
• Create and develop test sequences and programs for test tables, test boards, and vision tests.
• Install and validate test equipment and update test systems during product changes and new product introductions.
• Analyze technical errors related to customer claims, complaints, and process disturbances, then identify root causes and solutions.
• Ensure initial test setup, backup of test programs and parameters, and communication of lessons learned across the Production Management network.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree of two or three years in Mechanical Engineering or Industrialization/Methods.
• Experience or knowledge in test technology, test equipment, or industrial production processes.
• Ability to develop and validate test programs, test parameters, and vision testing solutions.
• Ability to perform technical error analysis and root-cause investigations.
