What you will do

  • Manage projects related to thermal and energy management systems and their attributes.
  • Develop integration and validation plans, including resource allocation, schedules, and project management activities.
  • Prepare and facilitate test planning meetings and coordinate communication among project stakeholders.
  • Create, schedule, monitor, and manage physical validation tests through PLM tools.
  • Assess delays and risks, propose corrective actions, and evaluate test results.
  • Ensure compliance with validation requirements and established testing procedures.

Requirements

  • Degree in automotive engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or embedded systems.
  • Strong knowledge of engine operation, ECUs, and control systems.
  • Knowledge of thermal management and energy management systems.
  • Experience with data analysis, diagnostics, and problem-solving.
  • Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in an automotive project environment.
