Location: Casablanca, Morocco

What you will do

  • Plan production capacity, including equipment, personnel, and additional shifts, according to customer requirements.
  • Schedule production and coordinate the optimal utilization of manufacturing equipment.
  • Ensure on-time production and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
  • Support production control activities and analyze production performance from the previous day.
  • Review efficiency, quality, product waste, and rejects, then introduce corrective measures or escalate issues when necessary.

Requirements

  • Engineering or master’s degree.
  • Background in mechanical, electrical, industrial engineering, or an equivalent field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the same position within the automotive industry.
  • French and English are mandatory.
