TL;DR
Product Manager, Theatre & Broadcast Lighting (Professional Lighting): Managing the full lifecycle of automated theatre and broadcast lighting products, from market research and product specifications to pricing, launches, and portfolio strategy with an accent on customer workflows, product roadmaps, and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on developing business cases, configuring and demonstrating lighting consoles, enabling sales teams, and growing portfolio performance across global markets.
Location: Aarhus, Central Jutland, Denmark; hybrid work with most office-based roles onsite three days per week. Global travel of at least 50 days per year is required.
Annual gross base salary: DKK 655,500–961,400.

What you will do
- Manage the full product lifecycle from concept, development, and launch through sustaining activities and discontinuation.
- Research markets and competitors and translate customer, lighting designer, and application needs into product requirements and value propositions.
- Develop product roadmaps, business cases, product specifications, pricing, and portfolio strategies.
- Partner with R&D, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and regional teams on launches, go-to-market activities, and sales enablement.
- Track portfolio sales performance and identify promotions, tools, and actions for underperforming products or regions.
- Educate Sales Directors, Product and Application Specialists, and other stakeholders on product messaging and applications.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in professional live event and stage lighting, especially theatre and broadcast lighting.
- Expert knowledge of lighting products, performance lighting markets, applications, and customer workflows.
- Ability to configure, program, and operate lighting consoles for product demonstrations and reviews.
- Experience writing detailed business plans and product specifications.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
- Fluent English required in reading, writing, and speaking.
