Finance Operations Specialist - Cash & Banking

What you will do

• Manage group bank reconciliations across multiple banks and jurisdictions.
• Process cash and banking activities, minimizing outstanding and unreconciled items.
• Coordinate cash movements, inter-company transactions, loans, and dividend transactions.
• Monitor daily bank balances, short-term cash planning, and funding requirements.
• Prepare weekly and ad hoc cash reporting, including payment planning.
• Manage credit card programmes and support bank platform user and approver administration.

Requirements

• Part-qualified or studying toward ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or an equivalent professional qualification.
• Relevant finance and accounting experience focused on cash management and collections.
• Experience producing relevant management information.
• Good Excel skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships.
• Proactive, self-motivated approach with ownership and teamwork skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workday Financials, Concur, and banking platforms.
