Middle Office Transformation – Asset Reconciliation Specialist (Aladdin)

hirify.global is recruiting for a transformation project within a leading asset management organisation.

What you will do

• Support the transition of asset reconciliation from an outsourced provider to an in-house operating model.
• Design and implement reconciliation processes covering positions, holdings, cash, and transactions.
• Manage reconciliation breaks, exceptions, operational issues, controls, and escalation procedures.
• Support BlackRock Aladdin implementation, testing, UAT, parallel runs, and go-live.
• Work with Operations, Technology, and Change teams to define requirements and ensure operational readiness.
• Develop process documentation and identify opportunities to improve and automate reconciliation activities.

Requirements

• Strong asset management, investment management, or middle office experience.
• Hands-on asset reconciliation experience across positions, holdings, cash, and transactions.
• Practical experience with BlackRock Aladdin, ideally in reconciliation or IBOR.
• Experience with middle office transformation and operating model change.
• Experience managing reconciliation breaks, exceptions, operational controls, and system implementation testing or UAT.
• Strong stakeholder management across Operations, Technology, and Change.
