Corporate Communications Manager

What you will do

• Develop and execute executive positioning strategies, including narratives, thought leadership pillars, editorial calendars, and LinkedIn engagement.
• Advise senior leaders and subject-matter experts on high-impact positioning and communication topics.
• Establish communications governance across the Executive Leadership Team by chairing an Editorial Board.
• Build and manage a global Speakers’ Bureau, including speaking opportunities, procedures, audits, spokesperson readiness, and performance measurement.
• Lead Tetra Laval public relations, reputation stewardship, issues, and crisis communications.
• Coordinate brand, corporate, operational communications, the annual Tetra Laval Report, and the donations program.

Requirements

• 13–15 years of progressive experience in corporate, executive, or strategic communications.
• Proven experience advising senior executives or high-profile leaders in global, matrixed organizations.
• Strong expertise in issues and crisis communications, enterprise reputation management, and communications governance.
• Exceptional writing, storytelling, strategic planning, editorial, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with sound judgment and discretion.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Political Science, Public Affairs, Journalism, or a related field.
