Senior Corporate Communications Executive (iGaming): Developing and executing corporate communications, media relations, reputation management, and CSR plans across Germany, Denmark, and Belgium with an accent on external communications, stakeholder engagement, and responsible gaming initiatives. Focus on building media relationships, preparing senior leaders for external communications, coordinating agencies and events, and using AI to improve communications productivity.
Location: Munich broader area, Germany; hybrid working with remote options

What you will do
- Develop and execute integrated external communications plans for Germany, Denmark, and Belgium.
- Build relationships with media, journalists, industry stakeholders, PR agencies, NGOs, community organisations, and local partners.
- Create and coordinate press releases, corporate stories, interviews, executive profiling, opinion pieces, and other external content.
- Support senior leaders and local spokespeople with messaging, briefing documents, and media preparation.
- Lead communications for CSR initiatives, responsible gaming activities, partnerships, sponsorships, volunteering, and community events.
- Support internal communications, employer branding, employee initiatives, and local events across the three markets.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in corporate communications, media relations, PR, journalism, or a related field, ideally in a multinational environment.
- Strong experience in external communications, media relations, corporate reputation, and communications strategy across multiple markets.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and preparing executives for external communications.
- Strong understanding of CSR communications, stakeholder engagement, project management, and agency coordination.
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills in English and German.
- AI literacy, curiosity about emerging tools, and a proactive approach to using AI for productivity and communications innovation.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Social Studies, or a related field.
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
