Communications Project Manager

Location: Sundbyberg, Sweden

What you will do

• Plan, create, and publish social media content for Flygt’s LinkedIn and YouTube channels.
• Maintain a content calendar aligned with product launches, campaigns, and business priorities.
• Produce marketing assets including brochures, web content, banners, films, animations, printed materials, event content, and sales enablement materials.
• Translate technical and product information into compelling communications in collaboration with product management and sales.
• Monitor social media performance and audience engagement to improve content and posting strategies.
• Support content localization and use AI-supported tools to create, adapt, and scale materials.

Requirements

• A few years of experience in marketing, communications, or content production.
• Hands-on experience creating and publishing social media content, especially for LinkedIn and ideally YouTube.
• Experience producing brochures, website content, campaign materials, or product launch assets.
• Experience with Canva or other creative and layout software.
• Ability to collaborate with product managers, marketers, sales colleagues, and other stakeholders while managing multiple tasks.
• Application materials must be submitted in English.

Nice to have

• Basic understanding of video editing and production workflows.
• Experience shaping video concepts with AI-supported tools.
