Social Media Specialist (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Drive influencer, executive, and employee social media strategies and programs.
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce social-first content that builds community and resonates with the audience.
• Develop and manage social campaigns supporting employer brand and awareness.
• Manage the company’s social presence, engage followers, respond on behalf of hirify.global, and expand opportunities for revenue.
• Measure, test, and report on paid and organic campaigns using analytics tools.
• Build influencer relationships, manage the employee advocacy community, and assist with social media videos, podcasts, and creative concepts.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of social media management experience, or communications/marketing experience including at least 2 years of direct social media management.
• Experience managing and measuring paid and organic social media campaigns.
• Experience supporting executives with their social media presence and managing influencer campaigns or programs.
• Experience with Sprout Social or another social media management platform.
• Experience with Google Analytics or other metrics-tracking tools.
• Strong understanding of social channel dynamics, social copywriting, platform management, and social marketing strategy.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of cybersecurity and the infosec social community.
• Experience with design and basic video editing.
• Passion for cybersecurity and an established network of infosec influencers.
