Senior Analyst, Treasury Operations

Location: Atlanta Support Center, Atlanta, United States; onsite 4 days per week

What you will do

• Support Treasury transformation initiatives, including implementation and enhancement of Treasury management system modules and functions.
• Develop Treasury data analysis, reporting, dashboards, automation, and visualization solutions.
• Maintain data integrity, databases, repositories, work plans, metrics, and documentation.
• Oversee hirify.global Company Restaurants Cash Management operations, including armored carrier vendor relationships and bank relationships.
• Monitor market data and provide Treasury analysis and support to Accounting, Tax, FP&A, Audit, IT, and other functions.
• Apply AI solutions to cash management, forecasting, risk assessment, and fraud detection while leading process improvements and change initiatives.

Requirements

• Four-year degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Treasury, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a similar role.
• Knowledge of Treasury systems, ERP systems, Treasury Operations, Finance, and Accounting.
• Strong project management, data modeling, analytics, visualization, and process automation skills.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and/or Python, with awareness of AI and Machine Learning applications.
• Ability to work onsite in the Atlanta Support Center 4 days per week.

Nice to have

• MSDA, MBA, CTP, AAP, CPA, or CFA certification.
• At least 1 year of managerial experience.
