Requirements

• 2+ years of full-time industry research or equivalent academic experience.
• Experience with training and fine-tuning large-scale generative AI models such as LLMs and text-to-image models.
• Strong foundations in software engineering and empirical research.
• Comfortable working with models of tens to hundreds of billions of parameters.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• PhD not required; candidates with bachelor's or master's degrees and research engineer experience are welcome.
