Executive Operations Manager, Tech

Location: In-office in New York City, United States; occasional travel is expected for offsites and company events.

hirify.global is an AI-native digital health system and dietitian-led metabolic health clinic that connects patients with registered dietitians, physicians, medications, lab testing, and AI agents to provide insurance-covered care.

What you will do

• Provide calendar, meeting, travel, preparation, and administrative support to the CTO, VP Engineering, and department heads across Engineering, Product, Design, and Analytics.
• Prepare agendas, briefs, presentations, decision materials, OKR reports, and all-hands updates while tracking commitments through completion.
• Run leadership meetings, planning cycles, OKR reporting, all-hands preparation, and communications about AI use and internal efficiency.
• Manage technology vendor spend and utilization, supporting procurement, renewals, budgeting, contract negotiations, and vendor performance reviews.
• Project-manage cross-functional security, privacy, compliance, and audit-readiness initiatives with clear owners, milestones, dependencies, risks, and escalation paths.
• Coordinate EPDA offsites, leadership sessions, team events, and employer-brand initiatives while improving information flow across business and technical functions.

Requirements

• Ability to work in the hirify.global office in New York City and travel occasionally for offsites and company events.
• 5+ years of experience in executive operations, executive business partnership, business operations, technical program management, or a similar high-trust role at a fast-growing technology company.
• Experience supporting multiple VP- or C-level leaders concurrently across different functions, including complex calendar management, meeting preparation, travel, and executive follow-through.
• Experience working across Engineering, Product, Design, Analytics, and business functions, with the ability to build credibility with technical and executive stakeholders.
• Experience managing budgets or vendor spend and supporting procurement, renewals, contract negotiations, or vendor performance reviews.
• Strong written and verbal communication, judgment, discretion, attention to detail, and proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, spreadsheets, presentation software, and modern AI tools.
