Senior Cyber Security DevOps Specialist (Banking)

Location: Hybrid in Amstelveen, North Holland, with at least one office day per week

What you will do

• Lead working groups and security communities with DevOps teams to identify, prioritize, and remediate security gaps.
• Advise engineering teams on secure development practices, security guardrails, and secure coding standards.
• Translate security requirements into practical guidance for developers.
• Bring developer feedback into security initiatives and improve the developer security experience.
• Drive measurable improvements in DevOps security maturity across the bank.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, IT, risk management, or banking.
• Background as a software developer or equivalent hands-on engineering experience across the full software development lifecycle.
• Deep knowledge of cybersecurity principles and secure software development.
• Ability to influence engineers and senior stakeholders without formal authority.
• Professional proficiency in English.
