Senior Backend Engineer – AI Agents (Golang)

What you will do

• Build and maintain Golang services, APIs, and Agent workflows for AI-generated market briefings and news updates.
• Design data flows, data models, and service architecture for content generation and distribution.
• Build high-concurrency, highly available systems for personalized content delivery and scheduled pushes completed within tight windows.
• Monitor data quality, Agent workflow health, generation latency, and AI costs while improving reliability and performance.
• Own services through development, deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting in collaboration with frontend, AI, data, DevOps, and QA teams.

Requirements

• 3–10 years of backend engineering experience, including recent hands-on production development in Golang.
• Production experience building and operating AI Agents, including workflow orchestration, tool and API integration, failure handling, and monitoring.
• Practical experience with data engineering, data pipelines, data modeling, and backend data processing.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, high concurrency, and high availability.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases and message queues such as Kafka.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, plus strong ownership and communication skills.

• Experience with AI Agent frameworks, reusable AI tooling, or observability platforms.
