Language-Enabled OSINT Collector (OSINT)

Salary: $100,000–$105,000 per year

What you will do

• Conduct OSINT collection using MAS and other OSINT tools.
• Research, analyze, interpret, and contextualize foreign-language open sources.
• Develop collection plans based on intelligence requirements.
• Draft Open Source Intelligence Reports and other intelligence products.
• Perform quality reviews and provide language-based intelligence insights.
• Collaborate with analysts, collectors, and other mission personnel while following Defense Intelligence reporting standards.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance is required, and candidates must already possess it.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Ability to work onsite in Reston, Virginia.
• At least 8 years of OSINT collection, research, analysis, and reporting experience, including recent experience within the last 2 years.
• Intelligence Community experience and a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Foreign-language capability in Chinese, Russian, Spanish, Arabic, or another required language, with the ability to obtain and maintain ILR/DLPT certification.
• English proficiency of approximately ILR 3 or higher in reading, listening, and writing, plus strong research, analytical, writing, and communication skills.
