Spa Manager (Hospitality)

What you will do

• Supervise and coordinate employees delivering spa, salon, skincare, massage, reception, reservation, and locker room services.
• Assume the Spa Director’s responsibilities during their absence.
• Ensure employees have the required supplies, equipment, and uniforms.
• Manage inventories, cleanliness, operating budgets, and payroll progress for the spa department.
• Interact with guests, collect service feedback, and handle problems and complaints.
• Promote excellent customer service and continuous improvement across the department.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of experience in spa operations, guest services, or a related professional area.
• Experience coordinating employees and maintaining service standards.
• Ability to understand budgets, operating statements, and payroll progress reports.
