Insurance Partnerships & Distribution Lead (Fintech)

What you will do

• Act as hirify.global’s legal representative and Responsabile for insurance distribution in Italy.
• Lead the IVASS RUI Section B application and manage regulatory communications and filings.
• Build, qualify, negotiate, and close strategic insurer and ecosystem partnerships.
• Own the full partnership lifecycle from outreach and negotiation through onboarding, integration, and go-live.
• Manage the Italian insurer partnership pipeline, CRM hygiene, reporting, and deal progression.
• Own revenue, policy, activation, and partner performance targets after launch.

Requirements

• Currently registered with IVASS RUI, Section B as a broker or Section A as an agent, with active status and a clean regulatory record.
• Meet IVASS good-repute and professional requirements for appointment as Responsabile, with CPD up to date.
• Fluent Italian and English, written and spoken.
• At least 5 years of experience in technology, insurance, and/or fintech.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills, with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
• Highly self-driven, proactive, and accountable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
