DevOps Engineer (Kubernetes)

What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, or Tekton.
• Deploy and operate containerized workloads on Kubernetes and OpenShift, including cluster resources, RBAC, and network policies.
• Apply GitOps practices and manage automated deployments and desired-state synchronization with ArgoCD.
• Automate infrastructure with Terraform and/or Ansible using Infrastructure as Code principles.
• Build observability, dashboards, alerts, and SLOs with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and Loki.
• Embed DevSecOps controls into delivery pipelines and collaborate with application development, SRE, and platform engineering teams.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience building and operating CI/CD pipelines with GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, or Tekton.
• Experience operating Kubernetes or OpenShift workloads; familiarity with Helm and cluster security practices.
• Practical experience with GitOps and ArgoCD.
• Infrastructure as Code experience with Terraform and/or Ansible.
• Observability experience with Prometheus/Grafana and ELK/Loki, including meaningful SLOs and alerts.
• Three or more years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering, plus a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. Native Spanish and fluent English are required.
