Content Writer (AI/EdTech)

hirify.global is an English language school providing online learning for children aged 4–12.

What you will do

• Design and develop engaging, age-appropriate online English lessons for children across different age groups, levels, and projects.
• Turn learning objectives into intuitive activities with clear, measurable outcomes, strong pacing, scaffolding, and progression.
• Create activities, exercises, assessments, and supporting content for different hirify.global products.
• Review and improve existing lessons using feedback, observations, and performance data.
• Participate in content reviews and provide constructive feedback to other writers.
• Collaborate with Methodology, Proofreading, Design, Production, and Content colleagues on pilots, courses, and new formats.

Requirements

• Higher education and strong knowledge of English language teaching and lesson planning.
• Experience creating educational or teaching materials.
• Excellent English at C1 level or above, both written and spoken.
• Strong digital skills, attention to detail, creativity, and confidence in learning new tools.
• Ability to work independently, contribute to a team, accept feedback, and manage multiple projects.
• Comfort using AI for brainstorming, research, adaptation, and content improvement while critically reviewing AI-generated material.

Nice to have

• Online teaching or experience teaching children.
• Experience developing digital learning content or CEFR-aligned English programmes.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Jira, or similar project-management tools.
• Experience using AI tools for content creation.
• Interest in games, interactive learning, or digital children’s products.
