Content Tech Specialist (EdTech)

Location: Remote from Serbia

Salary: Up to USD 1,500 gross per month

Novakid is an online English-language school for children aged 4–12.

What you will do

• Add interactive elements to lessons and make daily content updates on the educational platform.
• Add content to mini-games and provide technical support for lesson releases.
• Test digital content thoroughly, identify bugs, and help ensure a stable user experience.
• Research technology trends relevant to educational content and platform workflows.
• Assist with Intercom cases from Client Services and Teacher Operations.
• Identify repetitive tasks, develop AI-assisted tools, and assess their accuracy, time savings, and responsible data use.

Requirements

• English at C1 level is required.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Adobe Photoshop or similar image-editing software, Figma, and Chrome Developer Tools.
• Understanding of basic programming concepts and ability to read and write basic HTML and CSS.
• Experience implementing, testing, or supporting digital content, including the use of AI for research, prototyping, testing, or workflow improvement.
• Strong attention to detail, adaptability, analytical problem-solving skills, quality focus, and willingness to learn.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of additional software, spreadsheets, or statistics.
• Experience in game development, web design, or graphic design.
