Content Tech Specialist (AI)

Location: Remote, based in Tbilisi, Georgia

Salary: Up to USD 1,500 gross per month

Novakid is an online English language school for children aged 4–12, developing a digital education platform.

What you will do

• Add interactive elements to lessons and make daily content updates on the platform.
• Populate mini-games with content and provide technical support for lesson releases.
• Test digital content, identify and fix bugs, and help maintain a reliable user experience.
• Research relevant technology trends and assist with Intercom cases from Client Services and Teacher Operations.
• Identify repetitive tasks and develop AI-assisted tools for content production, testing, and daily workflows.
• Evaluate tool quality, accuracy, time savings, and responsible data use.

Requirements

• English at C1 level.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Adobe Photoshop or similar image-editing software, Figma, and Chrome Developer Tools.
• Basic programming knowledge and the ability to read and write simple HTML and CSS.
• Experience implementing, testing, or supporting digital content.
• Experience using AI for research, prototyping, testing, or workflow improvement.
• Strong attention to detail, adaptability, analytical problem-solving, quality focus, and willingness to learn.

Nice to have

• Experience in game development, web design, or graphic design.
• Knowledge of additional software, spreadsheets, or statistics.
• Interest in educational technology and digital learning.
