Programs Optimization Intern (Solar Energy)

Location: Johannesburg, South Africa; onsite workplace with periodic field visits.

What you will do

• Verify inverter sales payments, onboard customer debit orders, and process payment confirmations.
• Coordinate with sales teams to enroll customers and allocate payments to the correct accounts.
• Monitor sales trackers, payment records, and performance metrics for accuracy and timely updates.
• Resolve agent incentive queries and prepare reports on payments, sales tracking, and agent performance.
• Identify optimization opportunities with sales and program teams using analytical skills.
• Support field visits, product testing, feedback collection, and pilots for new products and services.

Requirements

• 0–1 year of experience; recent graduates are welcome.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in computer science or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Strong collaboration, communication, presentation, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential customer and financial data with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work onsite in Johannesburg, South Africa, with periodic field visits.
